The GRI Standards PLUS training is open to those who are new to sustainability reporting or seeking to broaden their understanding of the subject. The course covers two modules developed by GRI:
Introduction to Sustainability Reporting and the GRI Standards 2021 Update
Reporting with GRI Standards 2021 Update
PLUS extended time dedicated to real-world application of the GRI Standards that help translate concepts into practice. It provides examples, exercises, and advisory tools for students, consultants, and other sustainability practitioners charged with implementing the GRI Standards within various organizations. Through discussion of reporting examples, best practices, tips and tools, you will learn about practical steps you can take to incorporate the GRI Standards into their new or existing sustainability reporting process.
This 16-hour GRI Standards PLUS training course will be taught on Zoom across four 4-hour sessions. Upon completion, participants will earn 2 out of the 4 credit points towards GRI’s professional certification program.
